Refund & Return Policy (EARTHERA)

At EARTHERA, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you have any questions regarding returns or refunds, please contact us at info@eartherasleep.com.


Return Windows

  • Sheets: Returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • All other products (including pillowcases and any non-sheet items): Returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unlaundered

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all components and accessories

  • Be returned in original packaging (with tags where applicable)

Used or Opened Items
Items that have been opened or used may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, may be subject to a $30 restocking fee, and may not qualify for a full refund.
Photographic evidence may be required to assess product condition.


How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not adjusted due to price changes or competitor pricing


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@eartherasleep.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing or stolen, EARTHERA is not responsible for replacement or refund when proof of delivery is provided. Any reshipment requests may incur additional fees.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Cancellations requested after this window may be subject to a $30 restocking fee. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items, unless received damaged or defective


Promotions, Bundles & Free Items

  • Promotional offers are limited to one free item per order, while supplies last.

  • For bundled or promotional orders, all items (including free items) must be returned for a refund. If a free item is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
